I’ve been hiking since I was a little girl. Back then as well as now, the feeling of freedom, the happiness of discovery, the ineterest in understanding (or maybe not…), or “simply” the wonder that nature inspires just fascinates me and makes me feel alive.

Today, all this seems to have a deeper meaning to me, now that our primary nature (therefore our human nature - or, is it the other way round? well, maybe it's reciprocal) is so endangered. We need to learn again how to appreciate nature, instead of taking it for granted. We need it, we deserve it.

As a Certified hiking guide, I organize hikes and treks in various regions of Italy: my beloved Appennines, Apuan Alps, Liguria, Tuscany.

I also organize excursions in other areas of Italy and Europe upon request.
